Hi, I’m Shanell, a lifelong observer of the quiet, powerful moments that shape a life.

With more than a decade behind the camera, I specialize in photographing the intimate spaces of becoming: pregnancy, birth, newborn days, motherhood, and the evolving story of women as they move through the many seasons of self.

I am drawn to the woman beneath the roles she carries.

I photograph bravery and softness. Sensuality and stillness. The sacred passage from maiden to mother to self.

My work lives in the in-between moments, the breath before a cry, the softness of natural light across skin, the quiet language of hands resting, bodies returning to themselves.

I approach photography intuitively and intentionally. I do not overpose or force perfection. Instead, I create space for presence, allowing authentic beauty to reveal itself when you are simply being.

To me, photography is an act of witnessing.
